Participants must have a Klang Valley delivery address in order to be a valid participant in this campaign.


3. What if I don’t have a Klang Valley delivery address?
Participants are not eligible to join Grab With 10 Campaign.

5. How do I enter the giveaway?

Step 3 - Take a screenshot of your successful proof of payment.

6. What if I use payment method other than Boost and Touch N Go E-Wallet?
The payment will not be counted as a valid entry.


7. What if I pay another amount besides RM10?
The payment will not be counted as a valid entry.


8. What if I pay through Pacific Wise website checkout instead of scanning QR Code in the Facebook Post?
The payment will not be counted as a valid entry.


9. What if I pay multiple times of RM10?
One existing customer are entitled to only ONE entry in this campaign. Payments made more than once will only be counted as a total of ONE valid campaign entry.


10. What if I am not selected winner for the campaign?
All participants who are not selected will be refunded RM10 in full starting from 5 July 2021 and participants will be refunded within 5 working days to the E-Wallet they made payment on.


11. When is the campaign starts and ends?
The campaign starts from 1 June 2021 and ends on 30 June 2021 at 11:59 P.M.


12. What if I join after the campaign period?
The payment will not be counted as a valid entry.


13. Is my personal data safe?
Yes. We will never share your data with third-parties or use it to spam you.


14. I wasn’t able to complete some entries. What can I do?

15. How do you pick the winners?
Selected buyer is selected through a random draw at the end of the campaign period.


16. How will I know if I win?
Winner will be announced on 2 July 2021 (12:00PM) on Pacific Wise official Facebook page. Selected buyer will also be contacted through WhatsApp messenger.


17. I believe I’ve won a giveaway, what should I do?
Follow the given instruction in your WhatsApp messenger. The selected buyer will have 48 hours upon the results announcement to complete their purchase at RM10. Failing to do so will result in discount code being forfeited.


18. Do I need to pay anything to get the prize?
Selected buyer will only need to pay RM10 at the checkout page of the product. Shipping cost will be covered by Pacific Wise.


19. I won a giveaway and I want to say thanks. What can I do?
One way you can say thanks is to announce you won on social media and tag our official Facebook or Twitter accounts. Please also consider sharing a picture of yourself with your prize.

2. Only available for customers within the Klang Valley area with a Klang Valley delivery address.
3. Only payments that are made through “Touch n Go” OR “Boost” E-Wallet are eligible for this “Grab With 10” campaign.
4. Each participant is only limited to 1 purchase / Entry. Participants who enter the campaign multiple times will be counted as 1 entry.
5. Paying RM10 on this item does not equal the purchase of the actual item.
6. One (1) selected buyer will be chosen to purchase this product at RM10.
7. The selected buyer will be announced at 12PM on 2 July 2021.
8. After successful payment of RM10 for the product, participants must send their personal details (Name, Phone Number, and type of E-Wallet used and Payment proof) to the number 012-396 6182 through WhatsApp to ensure easier contact.
9. The selected buyer will be announced on Pacific Wise Official Facebook Page on 2nd July 2021.

11. The selected buyer will have 48 hours upon the results announcement to complete their purchase at RM10. Failing to do so will result in discount code being forfeited.
