2. Is there a requirement for me to be eligible for the free laptop?

 

Yes, you must be an existing Pacific Wise customer that purchase at least once from us, and the laptop must be registered under a company name.



3. How can I get the free laptop?

4. Is there any fees that will be incurred for the free laptop?

 

Everything will be free till your doorstep, including FREE service, warranty and FREE part replacement for 45 days. However, the receiver of the laptop must bear the cost of returning the laptop, packing and send to courier services center for the laptop to be delivered back to Smart Rental.



5. How to be entitled for the rebate?

Terms and Conditions

1. Only One (1) Free Laptop rental for 45 days is eligible per company name registered.
2. The free laptop model will have the specification of Intel core i5, 8gb ram, 14 inch, 240gb SSD.
3. Rentals must be made by clicking the “Click Here To Rent Laptop/PC/IT” button in this blog or contact Smart Rentals directly and inform them you are Pacific Wise existing customer in order to be qualified for the rebate. Failure to do so will result in refund being forfeited.
4. Rebate will be credited into the holder’s PW Account within 2 months.
5. The free laptop is only eligible for all NEW SME customers of Smart Rental Company. You can be an existing PW Customer to apply for this promotion.
6. Successful application will be notified and Sales Order will be required to be signed by applicant for trial unit pick up and return details.
7. The “Free Laptop Rental For 45 Days No Commitment” Campaign is only valid for existing Pacific Wise customers within Malaysia with a Malaysia delivery address.
8. Only 200 Laptops will be given out for this campaign. First come first serve.
9. The receiver of the laptop must bear the cost of returning the laptop, packing and send to courier services center for the laptop to be delivered back to Smart Rental.
10. The items are subjected to delay in delivery and fulfillment depending on the Covid-19 situation in Malaysia.
11. The laptops are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other items.
12. Pacific Wise Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for any loss, liability or damage arising out of the purchase, contracts or the condition and quality of any items given/offered by Smart Rental.
13. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by any rules & regulations issued by Pacific Wise Sdn Bhd and Smart Rental.
14. Pacific Wise reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any brochure, marketing or campaign material, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
15. Nothing in the above statements shall construe that Pacific Wise is in any way liable to you on any of the Items purchased, been given, or deal by you with Smart Rental.

17. The decision of Pacific Wise on all matters relating to the Campaign is final and absolutely binding on the Users. Any letters, enquiries, appeal or protest will not be entertained. The Users forever waive, release and discharge Pacific Wise, from and against, any and all liabilities, costs, loss, damages or expenses which the Users or any party claiming through the Users hereafter may have arising out of acceptance of the laptop or contracts made by user with Smart Rental, personal injury and damage to property and whether or not direct, consequential or foreseeable. The Users shall indemnify Pacific Wise against all liability, cost, loss or expenses suffered thereby as a result of the Users' breach of the Users' warranties and undertakings and any breach of the Terms and Conditions and/or the rules and regulations of the Campaign.
20. Pacific Wise and their respective directors, officers and employees shall not be liable to any Users in respect of any contracts made with smart rental, defective laptops or misuse of laptop or any other loss, damages, costs, expenses, claims, liabilities, injury, death, accidents suffered by the Users during the Campaign or arising out of or in connection with the Campaign, the participation by the Users in the Campaign and/or the laptop.
