Order in six simple steps
Open the assistant, choose what you need and complete your order without searching through multiple pages.

Click the Fast Order Assistant button on the Pacwise website.
Choose
Select a quick category or type the product, brand or SKU you need.
Select
Choose your preferred brand, product type or suitable price option.
Quantity
Select Delivery or Self Collection and choose the required quantity.
Add to Cart
Review the product details and total, then click Add to Cart.
Checkout
Review your cart summary and click Proceed to Checkout when ready.

Do I need to log in to use Fast Order Assistant?
You can use Fast Order Assistant to search for products and prepare your cart. You may need to log in or enter your customer details before completing checkout.
Can I still search for products manually?
Yes. You can continue using the normal search bar, category menu and product pages. Fast Order Assistant is an additional way to find frequently ordered products faster.
Can I choose Delivery or Self Collection?
Yes. Available fulfilment options are displayed on the relevant product card. Delivery and Self Collection prices may differ, so please review your selection before adding the item to cart.
Can I still contact Pacwise customer service through WhatsApp?
Yes. You can continue contacting the Pacwise team through WhatsApp whenever you need product advice, help with a bulk order or assistance finding an item.
Can I add more than one product through the assistant?
Yes. After adding an item, select Find More Items or type another product into the assistant before proceeding to checkout.
What should I do if the assistant cannot find my product?
Try entering the product name, brand or SKU. You may also use the normal website search or contact the Pacwise customer service team through WhatsApp.
