Q. What is PW Membership Plan?
PW membership plan is a program that give free extra bonus point when you purchase one of our membership plans (Bronze/Silver/Gold). Once you’ve purchased, your membership will be activated by converting your cash value to reward points. The reward points will credit into your account within 1~2 working days. Thus, you can redeem any office supplies that you like!
PW membership plans are incredibly flexible – members can top up anytime, no expiry date and even can opt-out from membership plan anytime.
Q. What is the difference between Gold, Silver & Bronze membership plan?
The ordering for PW membership plan is Gold > Silver > Bronze. The main difference is the amount of free extra bonus point you can get when you purchase each membership plan. The higher the rank, the more free extra bonus point.
Q. Who is eligible to participate PW Membership?
Customers who had purchased at least 2 months with Pacific Wise are eligible to join PW Membership.
Q. How do I know if the reward points had been credited into my account?
An email will send to your registered email address once the reward points had been credited into your account.
Q. How long is the validity of my reward points?
Reward points are valid for 3 years start from the credited day.
Q. What happens if I haven’t used up all of my reward points within 3 years?
Any outstanding balance will expire and become our property if you have not used your reward points within 3 years.
Q. Can I opt-out from membership plan?
Yes, you can opt-out from the membership plan at any time within the terms given. Simply Whatsapp to 017-676 1955, we will then proceed to refund your unused principal balance in cash within 24 hours.
Q. Where and how can I check my reward points balance?
You can check your reward points balance by simply Login to your account -> My Account -> My Reward Points

Terms and Conditions
• Membership is reloadable anytime.
• The reload amount will be credited in the form of reward points with the same value in your account.
• Different ranks of Membership plans are able to coexist with each other.
• Members can reload by purchase whichever plan they deem fit.
• Membership is non-transferrable to other websites under Pacific Wise Sdn Bhd. Example, Mr B purchased Silver plan on www.pacificwise.com.my. He cannot request to transfer his points to alattulis.com.my or estore.pacificwise.com.my.
• We reserve the right to change the benefits that apply to PW membership at any time without prior notice.
2. FREE EXTRA BONUS POINT
• The free extra bonus point will be allocated according to the membership plan’s policy.
• The free extra bonus point will be credited into the member’s account immediately after purchase membership plan.
• Start from the 2nd and the subsequent months of purchase, the free extra bonus point will be credited at the end of the month.
• The free extra bonus point will be automatically paused for that particular month and it will prolong the month of allocation for the free extra bonus point if:
i) Members do not meet minimum order requirement during the month AND/OR
ii) Members do not return back for 1 month

3. CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
• Member can cancel any membership plan anytime.
• Pacific Wise will refund the unused principal balance in the form of cash to member within 1~2 working days.
4. POINT REDEMPTION
• Members should clear the outstanding payment first (if any) in the event of redemption for products that are under Cash Before Delivery (CBD).
• In the event of used up all the reward points, members are advised to pay the balance amount by choosing the Payment Method which adheres to customers’ prior agreement with Pacific Wise Sdn Bhd.
5. FREE GIFTS
Due to the system limitations, all free gifts that automatically added to the shopping cart when check-out any Membership Plan are not the final results and are subject to change.
